
I loved the walk, but now my legs are really sore and I know I'll need to stretch a lot later tonight, because my legs feel really stiff. But I know that I'll feel glad about this walk later this weekend, when I'm sitting at my desk, studying.
I'm thinking of exercising more, since it actually does make me more energized and more happy, and I feel more of the positive effects the more I move around.
