Day #47 Yoga

Today I tried doing yoga for the first time. I tried out a few light exercises before going to bed, and it felt absolutely amazing. I never knew that yoga had this of an obvious effect, and that there wasn't anything negative about it (except the time it consumes). My back feels a lot more relaxed, I feel like I can relax more easily, I can breathe more deeply and my mind isn't as cluttered as it usually is (and I didn't even do a full 15 mintes!). Yoga is definetly something I'm going to continue doing, since I finally found something that makes me a lot more relaxed before going to bed.
