Day #258 Kawaii

As most of you know by now (at least if you’ve been around for a while), is that I love food from other cultures, especially sushi. So we decided to this friday, aka yesterday, go out for some of this deliciousness. And as always, it was absolutely amazing.

We decided to go to this sushi buffét in town called Kawaii (adorable name by the way), just to try it out. Having been to a couple of sushi bufféts before, I knew what to expect. The buffét itself was tasty (and quite affordable from a student’s perspective), and the interior of the restaurant was adorable. Lots of wood and decorative, white and black vases, golden and glass details all around, and the staff was friendly. The maki's were my personal favorite here, along with the amazing wasabi!

So, if you’re looking for sushi within the student budget (that isn’t completely appalling, because believe me there are places that know nothing about sushi and still insist they’re serving it), or just a nice meal, I’d highly recommend Kawaii for your next outing!
