Day #284

   So lately (like in the past month or so) I've felt I've been less physically active than usual, spending a lot of time just sitting on my ass doing tons of different kinds of work regarding my blog and my studying.
   This week however, I'm actually quite pleased with my amount of steps and my average walking speed. I've also managed to walk almost 6 hours, which is actually quite good for me. I also feel like I'm also more focused when I work on those stationary tasks.
   Also, since I walk everywhere, this also reflects on my social life and how many classes I'm attending, which is of course just as positive.
